22x36 inches

This rug was handwoven using a combination of monks belt
and double-weave structures.  The piece creates pockets that
are stuffed for a soft and tactile experience when walking
or laying upon.

The top weft and bottom warp were hand-dyed to reflect the
Arizona mesa in the summer sunlight. The shifting warp colors
create the shadows shown in the mountain.

Showing both color matching with photo and double weave warp.

Reverse of the rug also reflects parts of the Sedona landscape, as well as providing structure and thickness to the rug
